About WorkSense

Twenty years in the region, built into a platform

WorkSense.ME was not built overnight. It was built from two decades of watching the GCC workplace market mature — and seeing what was missing.

The Story

Why we exist

For twenty years, our founders worked inside the GCC workplace industry — advising organizations on procurement, sitting across the table from manufacturers entering the region, and watching both sides struggle with the same problem: a lack of independent, strategic intelligence.

Corporates were making multi-million dirham workplace decisions with limited visibility into the global market. International manufacturers were entering the GCC with strong products and no regional intelligence — misreading procurement culture, regulation, and buying behaviour.

WorkSense.ME was founded to close that gap. Not as a furniture dealer, and not as a fit-out contractor, but as an independent workplace intelligence platform — sitting between global manufacturing capability and GCC organizational need, with the market knowledge to connect the two well.

Today, that same founding instinct shapes everything we build: fewer transactions, better decisions, and a longer view of what a workplace needs to become.
